Still Sidelined? You Deserve Better Answers.

Most runners don't fail to recover because their injury is hopeless — they fail because they've been given generic care that treats symptoms, ignores the root cause, and tells them to stop running.

Cookie-Cutter Treatment Plans

You get 10 minutes with a provider, a heat pack, and the same exercises as everyone else. Nobody asks about your training load, your goals, or why this keeps coming back.

"Just Stop Running"

Being told to rest without a timeline or a return plan isn't treatment — it's avoidance. You lose fitness, momentum, and confidence while the root cause goes unaddressed.

Chronic Pain That Keeps Cycling Back

You feel better for a few weeks, then the pain returns the moment you ramp up mileage again. Without a true diagnosis and progressive loading plan, you're stuck in the same loop.

Boston's Return to Running Chiropractic Clinic

Boston's Return to Running Chiropractic Clinic

Boston Spine and Performance combines chiropractic care, physical therapy, and strength training into a single 45-minute session — one doctor, one focused plan, zero fluff. We find the root cause of your pain, keep you training while you heal, and build the capacity you need to run stronger than before.

  • 45-minute, one-on-one sessions with your Doctor of Chiropractic — every visit, start to finish

  • Root-cause diagnosis + a clear return-to-running program tailored to your mileage and goals

  • Advanced tools under one roof: dry needling, Normatec compression, and Blood Flow Restriction training

"His diagnostic precision revealed that my condition was actually misidentified — and by identifying the true root cause, he developed a comprehensive long-term recovery plan that has spared me from two elective surgeries. I actually felt heard for the first time."

Your Path Back to Running Starts Here

Step 1: Get a Real Diagnosis

Your first session is a thorough root-cause assessment — movement screens, load history, and a clear explanation of exactly what is driving your pain and why it keeps returning.

Step 2: Train Through Your Recovery

We build a progressive plan using chiropractic care, manual therapy, dry needling, and sport-specific loading so you stay active and keep your fitness while your injury heals.

Step 3: Run Stronger, Stay Resilient

You graduate with the strength, mobility, and body knowledge to run at full capacity — and the tools to stay there without depending on ongoing treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before your first visit to our Boston return to running chiropractic clinic.

Do you accept insurance?

Boston Spine and Performance is a cash-based practice. We do not bill insurance directly, which means no referrals, no visit limits, and no authorizations standing between you and your care. Many patients submit receipts to their insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement — we're happy to provide documentation to support that.

What happens on my first visit?

Your first session begins with a thorough root-cause assessment: a detailed history of your injury, movement and load analysis, and a clear explanation of what's driving your pain and what we're going to do about it. You'll leave with a diagnosis and a plan — not just a printout of generic exercises.

Can I keep training while I'm being treated?

Yes — and that's the point. We design your recovery plan around your training, not instead of it. Most patients continue running, lifting, or competing throughout their care with modifications tailored to their load tolerance and goals.

How is this different from regular PT or chiropractic?

Standard PT and chiropractic visits often mean 10–15 minutes with a provider, shared equipment, and a one-size-fits-all program. Every session at Boston Spine and Performance is a private 45-minute appointment with your Doctor of Chiropractic — combining hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, and progressive strength and conditioning into a single, comprehensive visit.

How long does treatment typically take?

This varies by injury, history, and goals, but most patients see meaningful progress within 4–8 sessions. We move at your pace and build toward independence — the goal is always to get you to a point where you don't need us.

What's the free discovery call?

It's a no-commitment phone conversation with one of our doctors. You share your pain history, your sport or activity, and your goals — and we confirm whether our approach is the right fit before you book anything. No pressure, no obligation.
